Question: how physical is being a scientist? Do you stay in the lab or do you explore and be active?

Well, it depends on what kind of scientist you are 🙂 For astronomers, you are mainly based in an office with your computer. However, most get the chance to go work at a telescope for a little while, or go to a conference to talk to other scientists. Outreach is often a big focus for institutions, so there are plenty of opportunities to go out and spread our love for science!
