Do you think that one day we will be able to comprehend the ubscurity of particles and their link with random number

Question: Do you think that one day we will be able to comprehend the ubscurity of particles and their link with random number generators in that when there are catastrofic events, random number generators can appear to be generating numbers that aren't so random? Will we be able to explain this?

  I really don’t know much about this at all. But I do know that making a proper random number generator is really hard and that actually a lot of them aren’t properly random and repeat themselves after a long long time. It’s something we have to be careful about when doing statistics! But I’m really not sure about the link with particles.
