      I want to help develop a telescope that could look for life on planets that orbit other stars!

      I’d like to do the same as Shawn, and I’m already contributing to that in a small way but figuring out how hard it will be to image Earth-like planets around other stars.

      I’d also like to help figure out how planets form. Most planetary systems we’ve found around other stars are nothing like the Solar System, so knowing what that is would be a huge help for finding Earth-like planets and life.

      It would be great to help invent a new propulsion system for space travel, that would mean we could fly out of our solar system and into the depths of space – that would open up a whole new phase of existence for human beings, imagine the possibilities!
